Barley Tuna Salad
On a hot, summer day, try this easy-to-prepare, low-calorie salad using whole grain, fish, and vegetables - a win, win! ~Susan, Cream of the West crew Adapted from "Barley Nicoise", by the National Barley Foods Council

Garden Vegetable Salad

Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing
This salad dressing is excellent on any salad. Try it with spinach leaves, sliced mushrooms and red onion rings. Use it to dress up a side of steamed green beans. Also makes a great dip for chicken fingers. If dressing seems too runny, add a bit more mayonnaise. Or use Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise. ~Susan, Cream of the West crew
